4.1 Holding Office Till Replacement
In general, after the expiry of term of an office bearer or a committee member, the incumbent shall continue holding the office for a period up to 90 days; and/or till such time that his/her replacement is made through elections and/or nomination by the Party Chairman/ Central Committee, as the case may be.
