4.1       Removal of Anomalies and Confusions

The Party Chairman, in consultation with Central Committee, may make such provisions as are necessary to remove any confusions, anomalies and difficulties in the interpretation and application of the STP Constitution, in order to address certain specific and extra-ordinary situations and to run the party affairs smoothly.
