4.1 Delegation of Powers
The STP statuary bodies such as the General Council, The Central Committee, The District Council and The Taluka Council may delegate authorities and responsibilities, as deemed fit, to various STP office bearers and members under their jurisdiction, for a given period of time to manage the party affairs efficiently. Likewise, the Party Chairperson may also delegate his/her authority and responsibility to specific individuals and/or committees for a given period, to handle party matters as per STP Constitution.
