4.1 Termination, Suspension and Disciplinary Action
Party Chairperson may take disciplinary action against any party member and/or office bearer at any organizational level, except for the Vice Chairman and General Secretary; and terminate/ suspend their membership on political, administrative and/or ethical grounds indefinitely or for specific period as the case may be. Any disciplinary action against the Party Chairman, Vice Chairman and General Secretary may be taken by the Party Congress with two- third majority of the total number of votes.
