Finance Secretary of the STP shall collect membership fees, subscriptions and funds from all designated sources; and shall maintain bank accounts in coordination with the Chairman and General Secretary; as well as up-to- date records of the party income and authorized expenditures, for scrutiny, audit and approval of the Central Committee and other competent bodies.
