3.1         Rural and Urban Districts

 In addition to all rural districts where there will be one district level organization for each rural district, the STP shall also have district level organizations in Karachicity – one each for the areas formerly known as urban districts i.e. Malir, East, West, South and North and/or for different Towns as may be designated by the Government from time to time.  Other cities of Sindh may also be covered by urban district level organizations as and when necessary.
